  • We strive to maintain high product quality. Due to the perishable nature of eggs, returns and refunds are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • Any claims for damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos, order number).

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion after verification.
  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting customer support. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
