1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.


 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • We ship our products via trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Delivery time varies based on your location.
  • Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or logistic delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value as per ongoing promotions.

4. Delivery Address

  • You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • In case the courier is unable to deliver to the provided address, the order may be returned to us or held at the courier facility. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
  • You can use the tracking number on the courier partner’s website or our customer portal to track your order status in real-time.

5. Multiple Shipments

  • In some cases, your order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments due to product availability or packaging requirements. Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated accordingly.

  • Currently, we ship only within India.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
