Organic Egg Rice Bowl.

Spicy Organic Egg Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

3 organic eggs

1½ cups cooked rice (preferably cooled)
1 onion (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 green chili (optional)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander
1 tbsp oil or ghee

Instructions:

1. Scramble the eggs:
   In a heated pan, add a few drops of oil and scramble the organic eggs lightly. Remove and keep aside.

2. Prepare masala base:
   In the same pan, add oil, sauté onion until golden, add ginger-garlic paste, and cook for a minute.

3. Add tomatoes & spices:
   Add tomato, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft and the masala is cooked.

4. Mix rice and eggs:
   Add the cooked rice and scrambled eggs to the masala. Mix gently. Cook for 2–3 minutes until everything is well combined.

5. Garnish:
   Add chopped coriander and serve hot with curd or salad.
